Ingredients
- 1 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 Egg Whites

Instructions
- Boil syrup two minutes (soft ball stage on the thermometer. I always use a candy thermometer). Beat egg whites until foamy. Add salt. Beat until stiff. Add hot syrup slowly to the previously beaten egg whites. Beating constantly as you add the syrup. Continue beating until the frosting holds it shape.
