Ingredients
  • 1cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 3 Egg Whites
Instructions
  1. Boil syrup two minutes (soft ball stage on the thermometer. I always use a candy thermometer). Beat egg whites until foamy. Add salt. Beat until stiff. Add hot syrup slowly to the previously beaten egg whites. Beating constantly as you add the syrup.
