Ingredients
- 2 tsps Gelatin
- 4 tbsps Cold Water
- 2 Eggs seperated
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 pint Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Soak gelatin in cold water and heat in top of double boiler until dissolved. Add egg yolks and beat until light. Then add maple syrup. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and add salt, stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream and vanilla. Mix and freeze. We have many more Maple Recipes featuring maple products.
