Ingredients
  • 2tsps Gelatin
  • 4tbsps Cold Water
  • 2 Eggsseperated
  • 1/2cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2pint Whipping Cream
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Soak gelatin in cold water and heat in top of double boiler until dissolved. Add egg yolks and beat until light. Then add maple syrup. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and add salt, stiffly beaten egg whites, whipped cream and vanilla. Mix and freeze. We have many more Maple Recipes featuring maple products.
