Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil part olive is good
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsps Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon-Style Mustard
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne
- 1/8 tsp Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Orange Zest finely grated
Servings: cup
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly. Taste and correct the precise balance of ingredients to your liking, adding a bit more vinegar, maple syrup, or spice, if you like. Transfer to a bottle, cap, and refrigerate.
