Ingredients
- 1 cup Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ cup Skim Milk
- 1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Ripe Banana peeled
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 3 Ice Cubes crushed

Instructions
