Ingredients
  • 2tbsp Buttermelted
  • 1 Lg Roasting Chicken or 6 lg Chicken Breastssplit, boneless or bone
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 12 Small White Onions
  • 4 Sweet Potatoespeeled and cut into chunks
  • 6 large Carrotspeeled or equivilant of peeled baby carrots
  • 1lb Parsnipspeeled
  • 1/4tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2tsp Rosemary
  • 3/4cup Pure Maple Syrup
Instructions
  1. Place oven rack on lowest level, then preheat oven to 400 Degrees. Spread vegetables in a roasting pan. Brush melted butter over breast of chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Place in oven and baste occasionally with maple syrup. When you run out of syrup, continue basting with pan juices. Roast until chicken is tender and crispy, golden brown, about 1 ½ hours. The vegetables will be sweet and soft. Remove chicken to a large serving platter and surround it with cooked vegetables. We have many more Maple Recipes featuring maple products.
