We featured these cookies on Maple Weekend and have had several requests to share the recipe.  We are still busy making syrup, candy, cream and granulated maple sugar.  I know folks are waiting for a few more recipes – I’ll get them to you soon.  Our baker noted that you need to make sure the maple syrup is cooked to the soft ball stage or they will not harden.
